Role Overview:
Looking for a detail-oriented Financial Due Diligence Analyst to support real estate acquisitions investments and joint ventures. The role involves financial analysis valuation risk assessment and preparing due diligence reports for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial due diligence for real estate deals.
Analyze historical & projected financials cash flows valuation models.
Identify property-level & entity-level risks liabilities and compliance issues.
Collaborate with legal tax and operations on transaction reviews.
Prepare investment memos due diligence summaries and financial insights.
Apply valuation techniques like NPV IRR XIRR sensitivity & scenario analysis.
Support post-acquisition integration and performance tracking.
Requirements
Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (CA CFA MBA preferred).
58 years in FDD real estate investment analysis or transaction advisory.
Strong financial modelling valuation analytical and presentation skills.
Knowledge of real estate metrics DCF compliance and industry regulations.
