Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to secure quality materials

at competitive prices.

2. Identify and onboard reliable suppliers negotiate contracts and maintain

strong vendor relationships.

3. Optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing

carrying costs.

4. Monitor market trends supplier performance and pricing to drive cost

savings initiatives.

5. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with

product standards.

6. Lead and mentor the procurement team fostering a culture of excellence

and efficiency.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and

industry regulations.

Required Skills:

Expertise in procurement supplier evaluation contract negotiation and market analysis. Must have strong decision-making team management and quality compliance skills.
