About the role
This permanent part-time position in Bentleigh involves providing assistance with activities of daily living and contributing to the development implementation and review of Individual Plans.
The role supports 2 males and 2 females who have physical behavioural and medical support needs and so the successful candidate will have previous experience supporting people with behaviour support plans manual handling and medical support.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and an International Criminal History Record Check; if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia in the last 10 years.
