Job Summary
Schedule: part-time
Starting pay is $65.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Designing care plans that are rooted in unique strengths interests and need
- Supporting caregivers with compassionate coaching.
- Shaping meaningful outcomes through evidence-based practice
- Training supporting and mentoring ABA staff in a collaborative empowering approach
- Clear concise and objective documentation reflecting the quality of care provided

Who Were Looking For:
- 3 years experience as a BCBA/LABA
- A BCBA who believes that goals should serve the person not the program.
- A clinician who knows ABA can and should evolve and wants to be part of that evolution.
