About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Dispense Technician to join our Welland team.
In this fast-paced role you will support our pharmacists and ensure prescriptions are processed accurately efficiently and with care. Your key responsibilities include:
Assembling and dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision
Providing exceptional customer service and medication guidance
Updating customer files and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with stock processing and dispensary organisation
Packing Dose Administration Aids (DAAs)
Supporting dispensary workflow and teamwork

Whether you are an experienced Dispense Technician or a Pharmacy Assistant ready to take the next step we would love to hear from you. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A friendly team-focused attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous dispensary or Webster packing experience (highly regarded)

Bonus Points If You Have:
S2/S3 medication certificate
Certificate III in Community Pharmacy
Experience using MINFOS
