Major Accountabilities:
Commercial Development :
- Master product and service offer and commercial arguments
- Promote and roll out service offer Business Solution (bodyshop audit data analysis quick repair etc.)
- Feed develop and monitor his portfolio volume and quality for A and B bodyshops to reach net wins objectives
- Develop business relations with potential customers and collaborate with Technical Account Managers to transform conquest opportunities into customer wins.
- Cooperate closely with Technical Account Manager to develop market share in existing key-accounts supported by our national agreements (OEM influencers distribution networks local agreements)
- Work closely with BDM Team to visit new targets and deploy new OEM Approvals and national/regional commercial agreements. Proactive action to identify new approvals opportunities.
- In charge of sales relationship and administration with distributors and coordinate with TAM for roll-on.
- Promote and sell fee-paying technical trainings (bodyshops and distributors) in coordination with Technical Account Manager
Customer Loyalty :
- Responsible of cost-benefit analysis completion and its submission in full compliance with internal rules.
- Deploy and get full benefits on his area of national agreements negotiated by Business Development Manager for OEM & Influencers to optimize number of new customers wins and increase customer rate. Proactive action to identify national agreements opportunities.
- Set and maintain a strong relationship with local actors of Influencers. Develop and deploy with them concrete action plans enabling commercial opportunities and customer wins.
- Once the customer gained is in charge of commercial and technical follow-up by the Technical Account Manager and the local distributor.
- Feed support and develop his prospection portfolio and report it into group tool.
Reporting :
- Fill on a daily basis his trade activity on PPG reporting tools
- Support Competitive Intelligence on his market for bodyshops and distributors; share key insights to Product/Segment Manager within Marketing team
- Accountant of up-to-date prospect and customer database (contracts product lines and non paint link network/influencers customer status)
