Job Summary
The group has expanded into e-commerce with My Little Box () a lifestyle and beauty subscription enjoyed 8 times a year by subscribers in France Belgium Germany Austria and Japan. Gambettes Box () delivers tights socks and leg care products all created by women for women across Europe.
For our Paris headquarters we are looking for a French & German Community Manager Intern to join our Customer Happiness team supporting My Little Box Germany () and My Little Box France ( role
Connect with our German community across all touchpoints: our support platform (Zendesk) Instagram (DMs & comments) and Trustpilot
Moderate and interact with the French community on Instagram
Understand subscriber needs then share actionable insights with product marketing tech and logistics teams
Manage daily community relationships with empathy clarity and a solutions-first mindset
Boost subscriber satisfaction and retention by creating templates refining the journey and pitching new ideas
