Job Summary
Technically Lead develop and motivate engineering teams responsible for the System Design and development of Bombardier M222 Applications for Regional/Business Jet/General Aviation (BRGA) programs. This will be a customer facing role and you will be responsible for Systems Integration integration of HW modules coordination of builds between IFS systems cross functional engineering teams and be a liaison between Honeywell team and customers focals on Systems integration. You will participate in all phases of program development and drive high impact growth projects.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements implement integration solutions and generate target builds
- Strong knowledge AFCS FMS Displays systems development activities and systems integration of various sub systems on target hardware
- Support the development integration testing activities of avionics solutions to meet program requirements
- Lead coordination with product groups and customer focals and be a liaison to the customers by owning the technical solution of the program.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision who consistently take the initiative to get things done do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and has the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Possesses strong knowledge of avionics architecture Model based development(MBD) processes and tools
Qualifications
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. Person which is defined as a a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability toobtain an export authorization.
Must Have:
- Bachelors or Masters in Electric/Electronics/Computers/Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience working various application areas supporting avionics functions or in aerospace systems engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience working in systems definition requirements capture systems test procedures and reviews.
