Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located in Tijuana.
Reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager the Supplier Quality Engineers role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Evaluate select and qualify suppliers in alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
- Conduct ISO 13485:2016 audits and ensure supplier compliance particularly in the medical device or electronics industry.
- Implement and monitor process controls CAPAs activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data to validate processes resolve non-conformances and support risk assessments.
- Interpret technical drawings including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supplier development and performance tracking.
- Performs supplier Quality System audits.
- Experience in medical devices industry (desirable).

- Bachelors Degree
- Experience in supplier quality with a focus on the medical device or electronics industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 standards and audit practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills in problem-solving techniques and CAPA methodologies.
