Responsibilities
- Greet Hiley Mazda customers on the service drive
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform walk around inspections on vehicle for customers until a Service Advisor is available
- Drive vehicles from and to the service drive
- Position will be 7am - 6pm 3 days per week (MWF) up to 30 hours per week.
- Excellent entry level position for anyone aspiring to be a technician / service advisor at the dealership level
- Shuttle customers up to 15 miles to and from the dealership as well as performing drop off and pick up services for our clients when needed.
Qualifications
- Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
- Positive attitude can-do mentality confident outgoing personality eagerness to improve
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record (no more than 1 ticket under 21 no more than 3 over 21 (in the last 3 years))
