These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. - Design develop test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura and Visualforce integrations knowledge.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to support business processes and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements analyze user stories and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews troubleshoot issues and ensure best practices are followed in development processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
- 7 to 8 years of experience
