- Monitor and track regulatory updates across Europe Latin America Africa and Asia.
- Prepare clear summaries of main regulatory changes.
- Manage translations with agencies when documentation is not in English.
- Review updates and communicate them to all relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with followup questions to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.
- Conduct licensing due diligence reviews for licenses that can be verified on public registers.
- Manage the games register by ensuring all new games are registered promptly after certification.
- Confirm registrations with product teams.
- Prepare and submit game declarations for directors signatures.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports accurately and on time.
- Support Product Compliance and Compliance Managers with adhoc tasks.

- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy in filings registers and documentation.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across multiple regions and cultures.
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Show initiative by anticipating compliance risks and proposing practical solutions.
- Thrive in dynamic environments balancing structured responsibilities with adhoc tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Compliance and Compliance Managers to ensure continuous improvement.
