Front Desk Coordinator Woodhouse Spa (St. Petersburg FL)

The Woodhouse Spa in St. Petersburg is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our luxury spa. Were looking for someone polished personable and sales-savvy who can deliver a five-star guest experience from the moment guests walk in.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones schedule appointments and handle guest inquiries
Upsell spa services and retail products
Process payments and balance the register
Maintain a clean organized front desk area
Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality luxury retail or front desk roles
Strong sales skills and customer service mindset
Friendly organized and calm under pressure
Able to stand for 8 hour shifts
Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends
