DRIVER Production & AV Installer (Non-CDL/CDL)
Location: Xenia OH Nationwide Travel (JanuaryAugust)

WHAT WE OFFER
- Base Pay: $800$1000 per week (based on experience and license type)
- $50/day Per Diem for days traveling

WHAT YOULL DO
Transportation & Compliance
- Safely operate CDL or Non-CDL trucks and vans transporting equipment to and from events
- Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues promptly
- Plan routes efficiently for timely and compliant travel
- Maintain a valid drivers license and always DOT medical certificate
- Comply with all FMCSA/DOT and company safety regulations
- Keep truck interior and exterior clean organized and show-ready
On-Site Setup & Installation
- Safely operate company box trucks or semis transporting event equipment nationwide
- Unload stage and assemble production equipment including:
- Marley flooring
- Audio/visual and sound systems
- Lighting projection screens and TV monitors
- Branded backdrops signage fixtures and merchandise displays
- Troubleshoot and support basic AV or lighting setups
- Communicate clearly with warehouse and production staff
- Work independently and efficiently in fast-paced show environments
- Participate in event teardown (strike) and reload all equipment safely
Work Environment
- Regular travel and overnight stays required during January August tour season.
- Physically active role requiring standing bending and lifting.
- Exposure to warehouse stage and loading-dock environments.
- Fast-paced work cycles aligned with live-event schedules.
WHAT YOULL NEED
- MUST be 21 years of age or older
- Must live within a 60-mile radius of Dayton OH
- Valid Drivers License (CDL or Non-CDL Drivers License and DOT Medical Card)
- Experience driving large vehicles preferred willing to train
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. or more and perform physical labor
- Weekend availability required (FridaySunday event cycles)
- Strong communication skills professionalism and accountability
