Job Summary
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Machine Mechanic Member to support day-to-day machine maintenance repair activities and production line setup. The role ensures smooth manufacturing operations under supervision maintaining equipment according to GMP standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in machine installation adjustments and repair.
- Perform routine lubrication cleaning and minor part replacement.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and daily inspection tasks.
- Set up machines for production changeover (size/format adjustments).
- Report abnormalities noise vibration leakage or heat issues immediately.
- Maintain tools and keep the mechanical workshop tidy and safe.
- Assist in documentation and machine maintenance checklist filling
Main Requirements:
- Vocational training or certificate in mechanical or technical field.
- Fresh graduates accepted; 1-2 years experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of motors gears belts bearings and machine parts.
- Willingness to learn pharmaceutical machinery operation.
- Hands-on mechanical skills basic troubleshooting attention to safety teamwork and discipline.
Ability to follow supervisor instructions.
