About the Position:

The Oracle CPQ Developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of CPQ solutions from business requirement analysis and design to development integration and deployment while serving as a key client-facing technical expert.

Location: Porto Alegre - Brazil

What Youll Do:

• Design & Development: Provide end-to-end technical design for complex business solutions within the Oracle CPQ ecosystem.
• Configuration & Administration: Develop configure and administer modules within Oracle CPQ Cloud including Configuration Quoting and Commerce processes.
• Integration: Design and develop robust integrations between Oracle CPQ Cloud and other enterprise systems (e.g. CRM ERP).
• Quality Assurance: Execute thorough testing and validation of developed modules to ensure high quality and optimal performance.
• Client Engagement: Lead client-facing meetings to gather requirements present technical solutions and demo system functionality.

Documentation: Create clear comprehensive technical and functional documentation.

Experience Youll Bring:

I. Technical & CPQ Expertise

• 3-8 years of proven experience with Configuration Administration and Implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud.
• Deep proficiency in Oracle CPQ with a strong understanding of its surrounding ecosystem and core data model.
• Strong knowledge of Quoting and Configuration business processes (Product modeling Rules Commerce flow etc.).
• Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining integrations with other systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages often used in CPQ (e.g. BML JavaScript) is highly desirable.

II. Consulting & Communication Skills

• Business Translation: Excellent ability to translate complex technical CPQ concepts into clear concise and business-relevant terms for non-technical stakeholders (Sales Finance Leadership).
• Client Facing: Proven ability to lead and actively participate in client-facing meetings acting as a technical subject matter expert and advisor.
• Presentation & Demo: Strong capability in preparing and delivering compelling presentations (solution design project status) and conducting live demonstrations of CPQ functionality and findings.
• Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical ability to quickly gather facts diagnose issues and propose effective data-driven solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of current Oracle CPQ certifications (e.g. Oracle CPQ Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist).

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience based on department and role.
