Outside Sales Representative

Lynch Truck Center of Waterford is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our Commercial Sales Division. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships identifying opportunities and closing deals. Youll be the face of our company in the field meeting with business owners fleet managers and decision-makers to provide tailored vehicle solutions. The four available territories are: Madison WI McHenry County IL Kenosha WI and Fox Valley WI.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new business accounts in assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with fleet managers and business owners
• Present and sell fleet vehicle solutions that meet client needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends competitor offerings and product knowledge

• Proven success in outside sales (fleet automotive or B2B sales preferred)
• Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within territory
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations
