• Support Client with environmental regulatory inspections and audits in accordance with local regulations and Clients EHS requirements and deliver the inspection/audit reports in the format requested by Client.

• Support Client with facility health and safety inspections and audits in accordance with Clients EHS requirements and local regulations and deliver the inspection/audit reports in the format requested by Client. For fire life safety and/or engineering related requirements advisory will be made by Others)

• Support Client with facility EHS risk assessments and training in accordance with Clients EHS Risk Assessment program and local regulations and deliver the risk assessment in the format requested by Client.

• Support Client with work notification reviews as per Client EHS requirements.

• Perform EHS contractor onboard training and evaluations periodic performance evaluation in accordance with Clients EHS Contractor Program and will deliver evaluation reports in the format requested by Client. Client will provide train-the-trainer where necessary to enable the Contractor to perform this activity.

• Conduct onsite incident investigations as needed in accordance with Client EHS incident reporting and investigation program and will prepare and deliver the investigation report in the format requested by Client.

• Participate in the emergency response committee meetings plan and coordinate emergency response drills as per Client EHS requirements coordinate necessary training programs in relation to emergency response.

• Support the commissioning of new data center or systems including:

• Conduct site visits and inspections at different project milestones using Client EHS site inspection checklist and delivery inspection report in the format requested by Client.

• Support the development and implementation of project takeover documents including but not limited to site EHS inspection checklist EHS operational readiness checklist in accordance with local regulations.

• Support the implementation of Client EHS training programs and EHS campaign events in accordance with Client EHS programs and local regulations.

• Support and provide guidance and oversight of Client EHS program field execution.

• Track progress on assigned tasks through a shared task list and provide monthly progress update reports.
