Working student Marketing and Internal Communication (f/m/d)

As aWorking student Marketing and Internal Communication you will be part of the global AGCO Finance marketing & communication team coordinating some exciting high visibility projects. This will be a great experience with lots of learning points how to implement great ideas targeted at both internal and external audiences. You will be working withover 20 markets so this is a unique opportunity to experience working in a truly international environment.

Day to day:

• Maintain internal member communication keeping things organized and up to date
• Signal potential news stories collect input and draft 2-3 news articles weekly. Send bi-weekly news digest to all members.
• Support development various other internal communication materials e.g. video (editing subtitling requesting country input)
• Support content generation for AGCO Finances global Insta account
• Support annual Kick-off for our members (video development)
• Support other internal communication initiatives
• Support with development marketing and external communication materials

Professional and personal Essentials:

• You have successfully completed your bachelor degree; ideally in the field of business administration marketing and/or communication journalismor comparable field of study
• You already received professional experience through internships or working student activities ideally with experience abroad
• You are characterized by a passion for communication and a very good sense of language.
• You have an absolutely good command of theEnglisch language both spoken and writtengood knowledge of German is an extra advantage
• You have good writing skills
• You are confidentinhandling of Office 365 (Outlook SharePoint Teams etc.)
• You have a good understanding of the latest social media trends
• You take a proactive and independent way of working

You are a team player with a pronounced degree of initiative and creativity

Extras:

• You have experience with Indesign Photoshop and Video editing
