Grow your HR expertise with an internship at NETCONOMY! Support our Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition team gain valuable insights from seasoned HR professionals and broaden your skill set in a dynamic mentor-driven environment. Flexible start dates and durations let you tailor the experience to your schedule (for 2-3 months from June-September).
Your jobs key responsibilities are:
Assist with various HR projects that strengthen our brand candidate experience and internal processes
Support our employer branding efforts through social media content updated materials and creative projects
Help prepare for recruiting events and maintain our pool of photos goodies and marketing assets
Contribute to smooth recruiting processes by reviewing job ads and assisting with onboarding tasks
Keep our HR tools and platforms up to date
Job requirements
YOUR SKILLS
Essential Skills:
Ongoing studies in the area of HR (Business Administration Sociology Philosophy/Psychology) or a similar field
Proficient use of MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Curiosity and a willingness to learn
Open and communicative personality who isnt afraid to ask questions
Proactive and hands-on mindset
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English (at least B2 level)
Beneficial Skills:
Prior internship experience in the field of HR
Graphic and visual content creation (e.g. with Adobe Photoshop Canva and similar tools)
Experience with social media content and joy in creating creative content especially in a business context
