Assists General Maintenance Repairmen with projects and cleans up job sites.Job Duties:
- Assists repairmen by delivering tools and materials to the job site cleaning up job sites and returning tools and materials to the proper storage areas.
- Assists with removing built-in fixtures and tearing down walls.
- Collects and sorts recycling and shredding.
- Assists with painting projects.
- Provides limited electrical services such as changing light bulbs etc.
- Provides limited HVCA services such as changing filters etc.
- Maintains accurate daily records of time and materials.
- Maintains all tools and equipment in a safe and operable condition.
- Reports problems to the supervisor.
- Assists other trade areas for seasonal requirements as needed.
- Provides assistance with Security as needed.
- Sweeps sidewalks to main entrance as needed.
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
