In this role you will be working as a Production Supervisor for a client in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing a production line on a daily basis.

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $60000-$65000/Yr.

Supervise and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate train and motivate a eam of production staff to meet production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Monitor production schedules workflows and processes to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members
Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Document and report production data and key performance measures accurately and in a timely manner.
