Job Summary

The B2B Coordinator handles the daily operations making sure invoices are done deliveries are scheduled and customers are updated. This person needs to be good at following up and staying organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage invoices correctly and on time.
  • Schedule deliveries and work with different teams to make sure they are on time.
  • Update customers on delivery times and any changes.
  • Keep clear records of all orders and communications.
  • Follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong followup and organization skills.
  • Good communication skills to talk to customers and teams.
  • Experience in handling invoices and scheduling deliveries.
  • Attention to detail to keep accurate records.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain and purchasing.
  • Experience with accounting systems or ERP software is a plus.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
