Job Summary

Training & Development:

  • Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops.
  • Support employee development initiatives including tracking employee progress and offering feedback.
  • Work with department managers and team leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
  • Work closely with external trainers or consultants as needed to deliver specialized training programs.
  • Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs including feedback surveys quizzes and performance assessments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in Training and Development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging and effective training materials and programs.
  • Experience with elearning platforms and online training methods.
