We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI SQL SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) Microsoft Power Platform and data modeling coupled with excellent problemsolving abilities. This role requires a professional who can work closely with crossfunctional teams to analyze model and visualize data helping drive strategic decisions for the business.Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Perform data modeling and create data architectures to support reporting needs.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
- Utilize SSAS for advanced data analysis cube creation and multidimensional data modeling.
- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) for business process automation and data integration.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets identifying trends patterns and insights to inform decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and solve datarelated issues ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Power BI SQL SSAS Power Platform and data management best practices.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Power BI SQL SSAS Microsoft Power Platform and data modeling.
- Proven experience in creating and managing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in writing complex queries and working with relational databases.
- Handson experience with SSAS including building cubes and multidimensional data models.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work with large and complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in working with crossfunctional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
