Job Summary

Develops planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans programs and regulations

Collects a variety of statistical data and prepare reports and maps on topics such as devices information sites addition and coordination reports with other stake holders.

Evaluates or assists in the evaluation of site plans special use permits variances and other proposals

Coordinates with the stake holders review of public and private development projects

Provides information to the team for the latest schedule PMI follow up and gathering data Etc.
