Job Summary

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth in the Fit Out Department targeting sales in residential fit out for villas and commercial fit out projects including food and beverages outlets retail showrooms and office spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the construction or engineering field with a strong track record in managing client relationships and closing deals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    • Identify develop and secure new sales opportunities in the fitout market for both residential and commercial projects.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers in the real estate and construction sectors.
  • Sales Strategy & :
    • Develop implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed targets in the residential (villas) and commercial (F&F retail showrooms offices) segments.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends in the fitout sector.
  • Client Management:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored fitout solutions.
    • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
    • Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve sales performance.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing and project teams to develop promotional materials and support overall business growth in the fitout department.


Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience preferably in the construction engineering or fitout industry.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Other:
    • Must be ready to join immediately.
    • Familiarity with the local market in Al Khobar is an advantage.
