Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both construction technical office work and design with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key point of contact between the construction design and technical teams ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Review and manage technical submissions drawings material requests and method statements ensuring compliance with the projects design specifications and construction standards.
Work closely with the design consultants to resolve any designrelated issues or necessary modifications based on onsite conditions or construction constraints.
Support the construction team in solving technical issues that may arise during the project particularly related to design and material handling.
Monitor and document design changes ensuring proper implementation without affecting the project timeline.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Not less than 18 years of experience in construction technical office work including experience on largescale projects with a focus on structural design and construction coordination.
Solid experience with prestressed concrete structures and familiarity with construction challenges such as limited access or material handling constraints.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and experience coordinating with designers and construction teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex technical discussions and provide clear solutions.
Experience working on complex construction projects ideally involving highrise or largescale structures.
