Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM modules. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM as well as strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions in Oracle HCM
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs
- Provide technical support for Oracle HCM applications
- Develop and maintain reports and integrations using Oracle tools
- Participate in system testing and troubleshooting
- Train end users on new features and functionality
- Stay current on Oracle HCM functionality and best practices
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Minimum of 5years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in PL/SQL BI Publisher and Oracle Reports
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Oracle HCM certification is a plus
