Our client is a leading tower company in Saudi Arabia undertaking a Data Governance Solution Implementation Project. This initiative aims to align with SDAIAs NDMO standards which resemble the DAMA framework ensuring compliance with local data governance regulations.

ROLE

Our client is seeking a Senior Architecture Lead to drive the design and implementation of a comprehensive Data Governance framework. This role involves defining strategy architecture and best practices for data governance ensuring compliance security and efficiency in data management. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams technology partners and stakeholders to integrate governance policies into existing systems enabling highquality and trusted data for business decisionmaking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement a scalable Data Governance Architecture ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Define and enforce data policies standards and frameworks to ensure data quality security and compliance.

Oversee metadata management data lineage and data cataloging to enhance data discoverability and integrity.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate governance frameworks with AI Machine Learning IoT and Analytics solutions.

Work closely with Data Stewards Engineers and Business Leaders to drive data governance adoption and best practices.

Evaluate and recommend industryleading Data Governance tools and technologies for implementation.

Ensure compliance with GDPR CCPA and other relevant data protection regulations.

Develop data governance dashboards to monitor data quality security and adherence to policies.

Provide technical leadership in data architecture data management and integration strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in Data Governance Data Architecture or Enterprise Data Management in a senior role.

Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks (e.g. DAMADMBOK DCAM).

Expertise in metadata management data quality master data management (MDM) and data privacy.

Handson experience with Data Governance tools (e.g. Collibra Informatica Axon Alation Talend).

Knowledge of cloudbased data architecture (AWS Azure GCP) and data security best practices.

Familiarity with Big Data AI & Machine Learning and IoT data integration.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR CCPA and ISO 27001.

Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
