Job Summary

Position Overview:

As an Operation Support Administrator you will be responsible for supporting all the projects in Saudi Arabia on all Human Resources topics.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle) to the project teams.
  • Administer HRrelated documentation.
  • Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
  • Support the project leadership with booking Coordinate with mobilization team for new joiners
  • Collect the new hire paperwork.
  • Conduct New Hire orientations.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process.
  • Manage and solve daily queries.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.
  • Participate in special HR projects.
  • If requested manage the employees timesheet submission process.
  • Perform other daily items as required.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

  • A University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 25 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia will be preferable.
  • Knowledge or Oracle HCM will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Word and Excel)
  • Multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Organizing prioritizing and scheduling skills.
