- Role:
- Day to day involvement in development of project design tasks assigned by the team leader from early stages of design through technical design development to the construction documentation.
- Design Management and Team Leadership:
- Adhere to project deadlines
- Maintain the design quality standards.
- Deliver the project under the guidance of Project Interior designer (PID) Senior Interior designer (SID) and/or Design Manager (DM).
- Design & Technical Expertise:
- Collaborate with SID or DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.
- Develop specific project deliveries while maintaining highquality design and construction documents.
- Adopt creative design and problem solving approach.
- Participate in the design coordination process within Interior design team.
- Develop project BIM Models and design documents (drawings and reports).
- Be informed about the applicable codes requirements and building materials/systems.
- Maintain the models BIM quality level under the guidance of PID/SID/DM with the BIM Coordinator / Manager.
- Accountable for successful project delivery of assigned tasks meeting the targeted deadlines.
- Accountable for maintaining the Quality of assigned tasks.
- Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of projects manhours assigned by team leader.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Fluency in spoken and written communication in English.
- Active participation in internal meetings and workshops.
- Building strong relationships with other team members.
- Promoting and maintaining collaborative environment in the office
- Department Operations:
- Maintain professional code of conduct in line with the companys ethics.
- Collaborate effectively with other disciplines.
- Participate in Knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Develop ownership approach to assigned design tasks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in architecture/interior design with good experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design.
- Previous training or coop experience in interior design.
- Strong understanding of architectural/interior design principles.
- Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in BIM process implementation and workflows. REVIT
