Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial performance of real estate assets and investment portfolios.

Develop financial models and real estate valuations.

Monitor market trends and provide regular reports and insights.

Assess risks associated with current and potential investments.

Support portfolio managers in making informed investment decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Real Estate or related field.

1 3 years of experience in investment or real estate analysis.

Excel Power BI .

Proficiency in financial tools like Excel Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Good understanding of the Saudi and GCC real estate markets (a plus).
