Job Title: Logistics Supervisor (Construction)

Reporting to: Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor with a construction background to oversee and coordinate logistics operations on a project site in Dammam KSA. The role involves managing the movement of materials equipment and workforce to ensure smooth project . The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in construction logistics strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage logistics activities onsite ensuring timely delivery and movement of materials equipment and resources.
Coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and site teams to optimize transportation and storage.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of deliveries and stock movement.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and compliance with local and international logistics standards.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
Track and report daily logistics operations identifying and resolving any issues.
Collaborate with procurement warehouse and site teams to ensure seamless project .
Optimize logistics processes to improve costeffectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics preferably within the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of construction material handling transportation and site logistics.
Familiarity with local regulations import/export procedures and compliance standards in KSA.
Proficiency in logistics software inventory management systems and MS Office.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
English language proficiency is mandatory.
