restaurant steak house restaurant or shops 2

Reputed Grill Restaurant and could deal with Salt water
and freshwater fish
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced
environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Awareness of Food production
Awareness of Hygiene & Kitchen Sanitation.
Communication Skills (English Mandatory)
Requirements
Sharpen and adjust
cutting equipment.
Receive inspect and
store meat and Fish
upon delivery.
Cut bone or grind
pieces of meat and fish.
Weigh wrap and
display cuts of meat and
fish
Cut or prepare meat into
specification slices.
Store meats and fish in
refrigerators or freezers
at the required
temperature
Keep inventory of meat
and fish sales and order
meat and fish supplies
Clean equipment and
work areas to maintain
health and sanitation
standards.
