Inventory Controller(NEOM)

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Operation manager
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee theentire inventory management process for the factory ensuring optimal stocklevels inventory control and material flow
- Develop and implement comprehensive inventory managementpolicies procedures and best practices to maintain efficient andcosteffective inventory operations
- Collaborate with production procurement and logisticsteams to forecast plan and manage inventory levels based on productionschedules sales forecasts and lead times
- Monitor and analyze inventory data including stock levelsusage patterns turnover rates and stock discrepancies to identify areas forimprovement
- Establish and maintain effective inventory control systemsincluding cycle counting ABC analysis and perpetual inventory management
- Optimize inventory storage and handling proceduresincluding warehouse layout material handling equipment and inventory storagemethods
- Manage and coordinate the receiving storage anddistribution of raw materials workinprogress and finished goods to ensuretimely delivery and minimize operational disruptions
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and uptodateinventory records ensuring the integrity and reliability of inventory data
- Identify and implement process improvements technologiesand systems to enhance inventory visibility accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tomeasure the effectiveness of inventory management and take corrective actionsas needed
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align inventorymanagement strategies with production sales and financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations industrystandards and internal policies related to inventory management
- Provide training and guidance to inventory controlpersonnel on best practices systems and procedures
- Prepare and present inventory performance reports tomanagement highlighting trends issues and recommendations
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management LogisticsOperations or a related field
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years ofprogressive experience in inventory management preferably in a manufacturingor industrial environment
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementingcomprehensive inventory management strategies and best practices
- Proficient in the use of inventory management software ERPsystems and data analysis tools
- Thorough understanding of inventory control techniquessuch as ABC analysis justintime (JIT) inventory and lean manufacturingprinciples
Soft Skills:
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to identifyand address inventoryrelated issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Ability to make datadriven decisions and providewellreasoned recommendations
