Ingram Micro Inc. team bridges the gap between manufacturers and end customers by managing supplier reseller and retailer relationships. They focus on inventory management demand forecasting and timely deliveries. The team provides sales support and training to resellers promoting effective product sales. By staying informed on industry trends and maintaining strong partnerships they ensure efficient distribution and maximize sales performance.

We are seeking for a Presales for IBM Infrastructure to join our team and provide technical expertise for IBM Infrastructure.

What will you do

• Customer Engagement: Work with clients to understand requirements lead meetings and provide technical presentations.
• Solution Design & Consultation: Design scalable secure and costeffective IBM solutions based on customer needs.
• PreSales Support: Assist with the proposal process create solution diagrams and deliver proof of concepts.
• Product Expertise: Maintain knowledge of IBM products (Power Systems Storage Cloud) and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure solutions are implemented properly.
• Training & Support: Train customers and sales teams and develop technical content .

• Which Talent do you bring
• Education: Bachelors degree in IT field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in presales technical consulting (preferably with IBM software).
• Expertise in IBM software products such as IBM Cloud AI (Watson) Automation Security or Data & Analytics solutions.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS Azure IBM Cloud).
• Problemsolving and analytical thinking skills.
• Certifications (Preferred): knowledge of WatsonX IBM Cloud AI or Security certifications are a plus.
