Job Summary
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a leading local contracting company based in Khobar Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the construction operations and maintenance sectors combined with strong leadership capabilities at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement longterm strategies and annual business plans to achieve organizational growth and financial targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to the executive management team ensuring alignment with the companys strategic vision and goals.
- Oversee operational performance ensuring revenue growth profitability and the successful delivery of highquality projects and services.
- Represent the organization in highlevel client meetings negotiations and strategic partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions to enhance competitive capabilities.
- Monitor financial performance and present periodic reports to the Board including insights on business opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure effective succession planning and the development of a resultoriented management team.
- Maintain a positive ethical and collaborative workplace culture to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay informed about market trends and external developments providing proactive recommendations for business adaptation and growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- At least 2022 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or executive role.
- Proven expertise in the construction operations and maintenance sectors ideally within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong financial acumen including experience with P&L management balance sheets cash flow and feasibility studies.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
