Responsibilities
- Communicate with inspection teams and vendors to ensure availability and readiness for scheduled inspections.
- Prepare / transmit inspection notifications and maintain accurate records of inspection results in an organized manner.
- Track and report on inspection outcomes including any challenges or nonconformances identified during the inspection process.
- Collaborate with quality control teams and other departments to resolve any issues identified during inspections.
- Review and ensure all necessary documentation (e.g. certifications specifications) is complete and accurate before and after inspections.
- Maintain weekly progress reports provided by Expeditors
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of inspections and any potential issues.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards company procedures and project requirements.
- Support the creation and updating of inspection protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintaining and developing positive relationships with third party inspection agencies.
- Act as a facilitator between supplier Zeeco and Contractors.
- Prepare and maintain Log for inspection Reports Inspection Hours NCRs Issues Leason Learnt
- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry OR
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with more than 3 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry.
