They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To manage postcontract commercial activities related to Infra. With minimum supervision on a high profile project and reporting directly to a Senior Commercial Manager.
- Conducts surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and humanmade structures on the earths surface underground and underwater using electronic distancemeasuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
- Operates and manages landinformation computer systems performs tasks such as storing data making inquiries and producing plots and reports.
- Reviews information from survey teams regarding measurement of distances directions angles between points and elevation of points lines and contours on above and below the earths surface.
- Researches legal records looks for evidence of previous boundaries and analyzes the data to determine the location of boundary lines.
- Records the results of surveys verifies the accuracy of data and prepares plots maps and reports.
- An experienced professional with full understanding of area of specialization.
- Works on problems of diverse scope.
Qualification & Requirements:
- A minimum of 14 years of comprehensive technical experience across all trades and extensive experience in weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
- Prior consultancy experience is required
- Use of Aconex Oracle and Cost X IT Platforms an advantage.
- A Bachelors degree in Quantity Survey engineering or related field.
- A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software
- Excellent relationshipbuilding and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team
- The ability to negotiate
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
