Job Summary
General:
- A skilled Chrysanthemum Flower Engineer to oversee the cultivation production and quality control of chrysanthemum flowers.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in chrysanthemum breeding propagation and disease management ensuring optimal growth conditions and highquality yields.
- Responsibilities include monitoring greenhouse environments implementing best agricultural practices and coordinating with suppliers and markets. Strong knowledge of plant nutrition pest control and postharvest handling is essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the cultivation and production of chrysanthemum flowers.
- Ensure optimal growing conditions through climate and soil management.
- Monitor plant health implement pest and disease control measures.
- Oversee breeding and propagation techniques to enhance flower quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure marketready product standards.
Requirements
A Well known FMCG group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire the position Flowers Engineer
with the following skillsand qualifications:
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Horticulture Agriculture or related field.
- Proven experience in chrysanthemum cultivation and management.
- Strong knowledge of greenhouse operations and plant health management.
- Experience years: At least 5 years.
- Must have experience in production management.
