Job Summary:

The Bell Attendant will be responsible for providing professional and customer focused service to our guests ensuring their stay is a memorable experience from arrival to departure provide all hotel guests courteous tactful and efficient services according to standards established by ShangriLa Hotels.

As a Bell Attendant we rely on you to:

  • Meet and greet all guests arriving and departing to/from the Hotel.
  • Operate thedoors and welcome and say farewell to all guests.
  • Handle all guest luggage with care and efficiency.
  • Escort guests upon arrival at the Hotel to the Reception Desk
  • Present the guest with a brief orientation of the Hotel and guest room.
  • Assist in coordinating departure transportation.
  • Deliver newspapers / messages / packages and other miscellaneous items to/from the guest rooms.
  • Perform errands outside of the hotel on behalf of guests.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Has previous experience in luxury hotels and knowledge of Front Office / Guest Relations
  • Articulate presentable and well groomed.
  • Responsible good team player
  • good customer service senses
  • Outgoing courteous with pleasant personality
