Job Summary

The Commercial Manager will be in direct contact with hotels chefs so must be familiar with their challenges and the solutions that CPU can offer.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

MBA or Bachelor Degree in Business Studies preferred
At least 7 years related working experience managing large and multiple catering contracts
Experienced in developing and successfully executing commercial strategies
Experience in the food catering and/or retail sectors
Experience in establishing customer requirement and developing the scope of product development that secures new profitable business
Excellent English and Arabic language skills
