Job description:
Our busy offices currently have an opportunity for a professional and experienced individual to fill the role of IT this position the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and different cloud software within different offices . The IT Technician will also be the main point of contact for employee who are experiencing computer or software issues. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an established organization that has experienced significant growth procedure.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist personnel with installation configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
- Setup different cloud software based on specified requirements.
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel.
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person remotely and via phone
- Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
- Prepare daily reports
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
- 2 years experience on current network operating systems
- 2 years experience on Cloud software (SAAS) configuration and administration.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in highpressure situations
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
