Job Summary
Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking dynamic and customeroriented Salesmen to join our expanding team. As a prominent name in the bedding industry since 1990 we pride ourselves on crafting premium mattresses and sleep products that cater to a diverse clientele in the MENA this role you will be instrumental in driving sales engaging with customers and showcasing our highquality product offerings. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and making appropriate recommendations.
- Demonstrate and explain products to customers highlighting features and benefits.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive selling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Assist in maintaining the store display ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Participate in promotional events and sales activities to attract customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma; bachelors degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with the bedding or home furnishing industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
- Male.
- Saudi Egyptian or Yemeni nationality.
- Aged between 25 to 30 years.
