Job Summary

The Senior Engineer will provide engineering and technical expertise for nearshore reclamation and related onshore works. Responsibilities include preparing detailed installation engineering procedures managing vendor documentation coordinating with project stakeholders and ensuring technical compliance. Work may involve studies tenders and live projects both onshore and offshore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with project engineering and supply chain teams.
Support contractor selection through technical bid evaluations.
Prepare review and manage technical documentation for nearshore reclamation works.
(Preferred) Support onshore pipeline installation excavation and backfill works.
Perform and review design analyses in line with industry codes client specifications and project requirements.
Prepare design deliverables feasibility studies reports and material take-offs.
Plan and track scope of work within project schedules.
Lead constructability sessions with stakeholders.
Monitor contractor progress and compliance.
Provide guidance to junior engineers.
Coordinate with clients subcontractors and internal teams.
Ensure risk assessments are completed for planned works.
Prepare progress reports KPIs and close-out documentation.
Propose safe and cost-effective engineering solutions.
Ensure adherence to engineering processes quality standards and HSE requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Mechanical or Pipeline Engineering.
8 years of oil and gas industry experience including at least 3 years as a Senior Engineer in nearshore reclamation and/or onshore pipeline installation.
Experience with ARAMCO or Qatar projects preferred.
Strong communication organizational and time management skills.
Ability to mentor junior engineers.
Installation analysis knowledge preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Willing to travel to onshore/offshore sites and work extended hours when required.
