Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures tutorials workshops and seminars.
Develop curricula and course materials suitable for diverse learning platforms.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and expand knowledge within the field.
Design assign and grade assessments tests and examinations.
Conduct research and contribute to scholarly publications proposals and academic literature.
Participate in institutional meetings conferences and professional events.
Engage in professional development and institutional training initiatives.
Provide academic support and mentorship to students and contribute to committee work.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field and produce published work.
Requirements
Education: PhD in Radiological Imaging or a related field such as Medical Physics or Radiation Therapy/Treatment (MSc is the minimum requirement).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in professional radiographic practice.
Previous teaching experience.
Track record of published work (preferred).
Ability to inspire and engage students.
Strong interpersonal presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
Licenses & Certifications: Registration with SCFHS is required.
