Job Summary
Nair Systems is currently looking Retail Project Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business Finance or related field.
Proven experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Cards or Payments Business is a plus.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Skills :
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Analytical and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage the endtoend delivery of retail banking projects ensuring timely and successful completion.
Himyan Card Projects: Oversee the issuance of Himyan Cards to nonaccount holders and nonresidents and manage the QCB Tokenization process.
Mandate Fulfillment: Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard mandates coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Mastercard Migration: Manage the migration process for Mastercard ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
Product Development: Conduct and manage UATs for new product developments ensuring all requirements are met.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
