Job Summary
Spa Attendant
This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities assisting guests with their needs and ensuring a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. This role plays a key part in upholding the spas high standards of hygiene and service.
- Ensure the spa facilities including treatment rooms lounges and changing areas are clean wellmaintained and fully stocked.
- Greet and assist guests providing towels robes and other amenities as needed.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
- Replenish supplies such as towels linens and toiletries.
- Maintain the spas ambiance by monitoring lighting music and overall presentation.
- Assist therapists and other spa team as required.
- Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
- Follow all health safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications :
Candidate Profile
Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Minimum one year experience in customer service hospitality or the spa industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Competencies
- Able to converse in English.
- Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team.
- Able to withstand physically heavy duties.
- Has good guest relations.
