Job Summary
What you will be doing:
- Assist and oversee the daytoday operations of the Food & Beverage team
- Supervise and monitor team members with true leadership ability that motivates the entire team
- Ensure all levels of service run smoothly
- Develops the preparation and presentation to meet/set standards on all beverage recipes
- Manage financial outcomes & budgets
- Understand and adhering to all guidelines licensing and operating legislation affecting the department for proper and safe food and beverage service
- Maintain stock levels
- Hire Develop and Coach team members
- Attend all scheduled F&B and other relevant meetings when required.
- Creates and maintains positive guest relationships and provide outstanding experience
- Handle customer complaints
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven strong leadership skills
- Has strong knowledge on food beverages and wine trends and creativity
- Excellent customer service skills
- Stellar communication and organizational prowess
- Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively
- Digitally proficient
